1. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?
For normal mail, the package will be delivered to your letter box. In the event that the package is not delivered, there is no means to track the whereabouts of the package.
For registered mail, the post office will provide a tracking number at the point of posting. The post man will bring the package to your house. You will be requested to acknowledge receipt of the package. In the event that the package is not received, you can contact the post office to track the status of the delivery.
2. Do we do meet ups?
No. Delivery is strictly via Normal mail (which is free) or Registered mail (at a charge of $2.30).

NO EXCHANGE. NO REFUNDS. NO TRYING!
Seller will not be responsible for the quality of the products.
There may be slight variation in colour between the actual item and that shown in the photo due to lighting effects. We will not entertain any request for exchange under such circumstances.
Unless otherwise stated, we hold ready stock of all the items listed here.
Please send your orders, indicating the following:
- item #
- colour
- size (for non-Free size items)
- quantity
to shopping@jkbitches.com.sg.
You will then receive an order confirmation indicating the amount payable. We will send payment details to yo upon confirmation of order. As we do hold full time jobs, it is not possible for us to reply emails immediately. We will reply all emails within 3 days. If you do not receive a reply from us, please check your spam/junk mailbox. We are like you too, we take breaks every other Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.
Payment is via bank transfer to either UOB or POSB account.
Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of the invoice. We will reserve the items for you during this period. If payment is not received, we reserve the rights to sell the item to the next customer on the list.
Items will be shipped out within 7 calendar days of receiving the payment.
Registered mail is strongly encouraged. Add SGD 2.30 for registered mail.
NO CHANGING OF ORDERS ONCE IT IS CONFIRMED.
We offer a 20% discount off the total invoice amount for a SINGLE purchase of 11 (ELEVEN) or more items delivered to ONE mailing address.
As Singpost restricts the weight per parcel to 2KG, hence for bulk purchases, we may split one single order into multiple parcels. We will always send out all parcels relating to the same order at the same time. However, we cannot gurantee that Singpost will deliver all parcels in a single delivery.

Our Blacklisting Policy
Yes, we do have a BLACKLISTING policy. Please place order only when you are 100% sure you want that item. We understand that you may take a while to make payments but we always appreciate a reply. We will blacklist all customers who do not respond to our payment request after 2 (TWO) reminders. And sadly, we will list them here right in this space for all to see. Dont say we did not tell you ;)
